Information you give us
- Account and orders: your name, facility or company name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses (including addresses you save in your address book), order details, PO numbers and an accounts payable email if you add one.
- Payment: card, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm and similar details are entered into secure fields run by Stripe, WooPayments or PayPal. We never see or store full card numbers; we only receive limited details such as the card type and last four digits.
- Business documents: tax exemption certificates, W-9 forms and purchase order files you upload. They’re stored privately on our server and aren’t publicly accessible. Files uploaded at checkout that never become part of an order are deleted after 2 days.
- Forms: quote requests, pricing questions, contact messages, “notify me when in stock” requests, Buy Back Program submissions and job applications. These are saved in our website database and emailed to our team.
- Conversations: emails and calls with our team.
Information collected automatically
- Essential cookies keep your cart, checkout, sign-in and security working, and remember your cookie choice for 12 months.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) tell us which pages are visited, from what kind of device and roughly where, and how visitors found us.
- Marketing cookies (Google Ads and Shopping) measure which ads lead to orders.
- Order attribution: WooCommerce records how you arrived at the site (for example a search engine or an ad) and attaches it to your order.
- Server and security logs: our host and security tools record IP addresses and browser details to keep the site secure.
If you enter your email at checkout but don’t finish your order, we may send you one reminder about your cart.
