About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Class 1 Inventory LLC (“Class 1 Inventory,” “we,” “us”), 1367 Brumlow Ave, Southlake, TX 76092. By using class1inventory.com or placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

Who can buy

We sell to licensed healthcare facilities, practitioners and their authorized purchasing staff in the United States. By ordering, you confirm that you’re authorized to buy these products for your organization. Some products are prescription devices; we may ask for proof of licensure or other documents, and we may decline or cancel an order we can’t verify.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and your account information accurate. You’re responsible for orders placed through your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Product information

Listings show the reference number, manufacturer details and, where available, information from the FDA’s device records. Photos may be representative. Always confirm the product against the manufacturer’s label and instructions for use before using it. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Prices and orders

• Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Some items are “Call for pricing”; quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
• An order confirmation email means we received your order. We may cancel or limit an order, for example for a pricing or listing error, stock that isn’t available, or a buyer we can’t verify. If we cancel, we’ll refund anything you paid.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit and debit cards, PayPal and pay by invoice / PO. Invoice orders are placed on hold until our team reviews them; payment is due as stated on your invoice.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout. If your organization is tax exempt, upload your exemption certificate at checkout or send it to us; tax applies until a valid certificate is on file.

Shipping, returns and recalls

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, damaged items and recalls are covered by our Return Policy.

Proper use

You’re responsible for storing, handling and using products as their labeling directs and as the law requires, and for making sure the people using them are qualified to do so.

Warranties

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where the manufacturer provides one. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we sell products without other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Class 1 Inventory isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Using the website

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Don’t interfere with its operation or security, or try to access systems or data you aren’t authorized to. Content on the site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Class 1 Inventory or its partners and may not be copied without our written permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their manufacturers. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when the order was placed.
