Most applicators are packaged in boxes of 6 or 12. The number after "DNX" or "DHVM" usually tells you the box count, so DNX12 is a box of 12 Advanced applicators. For longer incisions, the mesh-and-adhesive system is ordered by length, so match the length to your typical incision.
