NovaSure Endometrial Ablation

What is NovaSure?

NovaSure is Hologic's impedance-controlled global endometrial ablation system. It uses radiofrequency energy delivered through a single-use device and controlled by a dedicated radiofrequency controller. It is indicated for specific uses described in its labeling; always follow the manufacturer's instructions for use.

Devices in the line

• V5 (NSV5US-001): Hologic's current-generation device.
• V5 combo kit (NSV5KITUS): the V5 device packaged as a kit.
• Advanced (NS2013US) and Advanced kit (NS2013KITUS): the previous-generation device and kit.

Confirm which device and controller your facility uses before ordering, because practices often standardize on one generation.

Ordering tips

Reference numbers ending in "KITUS" are kits, while the others are the device alone. Match the reference number on your current box to reorder the same configuration.
