About EndoWrist instruments

EndoWrist instruments are Intuitive's wristed instruments for its robotic surgical systems. Each instrument is programmed with a set number of uses (for example, 10, 15 or 18 uses), and the system tracks the remaining uses on the instrument.

• Needle drivers: Mega SutureCut (471309), Large SutureCut (471296), Large Needle Driver (471006) and Mega Needle Driver (470194).
• Forceps and graspers: Cadiere (471049), ProGrasp (471093), Maryland Bipolar (471172), Fenestrated Bipolar (471205) and Tip-Up Fenestrated Grasper (470347).
• Monopolar instruments: Monopolar Curved Scissors / Hot Shears (470179), Permanent Cautery Hook (470183) and Spatula (470184).
• Clip appliers: Hem-o-lok ML (470327) and Large Clip Applier (470230).

System compatibility

Reference numbers beginning with 47 are generally for the Xi and X systems, 42 for S/Si, and 43 for SP. Always confirm compatibility with your system and follow the manufacturer's instructions for use.

Ordering tips

Six-digit reference numbers identify each instrument, so the number on your current box is the fastest way to reorder. Robotic programs often reorder the same core set every month, such as Hot Shears, Cadiere forceps and a SutureCut needle driver, so contact our team to set up recurring orders.
